Major Development Sites
We commissioned an aerial 360 degree tour to be shot of sites around Yeovil town centre so you can see the sites for development yourself.
The owners of Glovers Walk, Martin Property Group in conjunction with Somerset Council and other local stakeholders will be unveiling their vision for a major regeneration scheme across the Glovers Walk Site.
The 2.2 acre site which includes the town bus depot will undergo an entire redevelopment to include hundreds of new homes, a major new bus interchange, beautiful public spaces, commercial space for local business contained within a vibrant area of the town.
The redevelopment will tie into the Yeovil Refresh Plan which will create fantastic synergies between this new private development and the new public spaces the Yeovil Refresh team are working on.
