The owners of Glovers Walk, Martin property Group in conjunction with SSDC and other local stakeholders will be unveiling their vision for a major regeneration scheme across the Glovers Walk Site.
The 2.2 acre site which includes the town bus depot will undergo an entire redevelopment to include hundreds of new homes, a major new bus interchange, beautiful public spaces, commercial space for local business contained within a vibrant area of the town.
The redevelopment will tie into the Yeovil Refresh Plan which will create fantastic synergies between this new private development and the new public spaces the Yeovil Refresh team are working on.
